Thank you for your previous support of the Santa Monica Symphony Orchestra. With your financial help, we've been able to offer our regular season of outstanding music performances for thousands of people -- young and old -- in Santa Monica and West Los Angeles.

Now we're asking for your renewed, continued support. Your tax-deductible contribution will help us continue to provide "Great Music at Your Doorstep."

With your help, the Santa Monica Symphony will continue to:

  • Reach a multi-cultural, multi-generation audience in Santa Monica and West Los Angeles with high-quality classical and contemporary symphony concerts
  • Extend our reach into the community by performing at local schools and community events
  • Introduce young people to classical music through our partnership with local schools
  • And, most importantly, we bring together hundreds of people from the community at each concert, to share the joy of a live classical music performance.

As I write, we're looking forward to our May 25th concert at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. This exciting program will feature the world premiere of a new clarinet concerto by award-winning film composer David Newman featuring soloist Gary Bovyer, along with colorful works by Ravel and Debussy, under the baton of Maestro Allen Robert Gross.
