Thank you for your interest in playing with the Santa Monica Symphony. We require a performance
resumé, which includes: performance/ensemble experience, any degrees/certifications, and past private
teachers.
We also ask for a recording of a few orchestral excerpts and 2-3 minutes of a solo piece of your choosing
(with preference for the exposition of a concerto, solo Bach, or a piece by an underrepresented
composer).

Please send materials (resumé, excerpts, and solo) to matthew@smsymphony.org. Once the materials
are confirmed to be complete, they will be forwarded to the SMS Music Director for review.
